Buyer’s Guide / Important Notes

1. Charging Before Use
   Please fully charge the product before first use. The indicator light is red while charging and turns green when fully charged. After charging, straighten the rope vertically and use the product in an open area.

2. Battery Indicator
   If the rope works intermittently during use, this indicates low battery power. Please recharge the product.

3. Normal Operating Sound
   The rope joints are made using hot-melt welding technology, which may result in uneven connection points. During operation, a rhythmic “tap-tap-tap” sound is normal. If this is a concern, please purchase with caution.

4. Rope Handling Warning
   The rope is not pull-resistant. Do not forcibly pull or tear it, as this may cause damage. If the rope becomes tangled, stop operation immediately to prevent breakage.

5. Packaging Update
   Due to deformation of the original soft color box during long-distance transport, packaging has been upgraded to a reinforced white wicker box for better protection.

6. Prevent Knotting
   Avoid knotting the rope during use, as this may affect product performance.

7. Consumable Rope Notice
   The luminous rope is made of special materials and is considered a consumable part. If it becomes worn or breaks, it can be carefully repaired by melting and reconnecting the ends using fire. After repair, normal use can be restored.
