FAQ

Q: Does the H3 Hi-Res support wired or wireless mode?
A: Hi-Res audio is only supported in wired mode, not in wireless mode. The current H3 Hi-Res model is a wired version. A wireless Hi-Res version is planned for future releases.

Q: Can the mid- and high-frequency sound quality be improved through the QCY App?
A: Yes, by updating the firmware via the QCY App, you can enhance the sound quality, especially in the mid and high-frequency ranges.

Q: Can Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) be used in wired mode?
A: No, ANC is only available in wireless mode. Wired mode does not support active noise cancellation.

1. The 43dB deep noise cancellation is achieved through a combination of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Passive Noise Cancellation (PNC), as measured by Hele Acoustic Lab.

2. Adaptive Noise Cancellation is available only in the "ANC ON" mode, and both features work together.

3. Please refer to the user manual to download the QCY App, which allows you to switch between noise cancellation modes and adjust their levels.

   • "Boosted" mode is the default. Any mode selected will be retained the next time the headset is powered on.

4. Press the ANC button to switch modes. You will hear a voice prompt confirming the mode change.

5. For Android users, it is recommended to select SBC codec in Developer Options before using Gaming Mode.

6. The QCY App requires Android 8.0 or higher / iOS 13.0 or higher.

   • Pairing pop-up features are available only on Android. Make sure to open the QCY App and enable Bluetooth on your phone before pairing.
