Additional Information
If your computer automatically turns on after shutdown, try the following solutions:
- In Windows Settings > Power Options, change “When pressing the power button” to “Shut Down.”
- In BIOS > Advanced > APM Configuration, set “ErP Ready” to Disabled.
- If Wake on LAN is enabled, please disable it.
Once installed, both the PC case power button and the mobile app can be used simultaneously to control your computer.
